Privacy Policy

To split a bill we process the receipt photo you upload and the items, prices and taxes read from it, plus the names and claimed items people enter. If you sign in, we store your Google account identifier, display name and optional payment details (e.g. a DuitNow QR or TnG number). Providing an email for the closing summary is optional.

Bills and their receipt photos are deleted automatically 30 days after they are created. Signed-in account data is kept until you delete your account, which you can do at any time from your profile page.

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions (such as your language and sign-in session) and for analytics (Vercel Analytics and PostHog) and error monitoring (Sentry).

We show ads via Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising in your Google Ad Settings, and review how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

We do not sell your personal data. Data is processed by the service providers named above purely to operate the app. Anyone with a bill's share link can see that bill's items and claimed names — only share links with people you intend to.
